Did we met your expectations?I got the car that I wanted and the staff were able to guide through the process which at the beginning seemed quite cumbersome considering that I do not live in the Netherlands, was a bit in a hurry and did not speak Dutch. The car is OK, we chose a basic one. It delivers. The staff was very efficient and client-oriented, that made a huge positive difference. Up till the very end they were able to support me with the collecting of the car which was quite challenging from my side as I had to commute in the Netherlands and felt a bit unfamiliar and therefore unease about it. Thank you Supershortlease!

Did we met your expectations?Mijn contact met Supershortlease begon met een communicatieruis. Aan wie het lag werd niet de discussie. Supershortlease loste het direct op met een financiële tegemoetkoming. Sindsdien verloopt het contact vriendelijk, plezierig en makkelijk. Ze nemen de tijd om je te woord te staan, denken met je mee over wat de beste oplossing kan zijn en hebben geduld ook al heb je besluitloos. Kortom, prima om zaken mee te doen.

Did we met your expectations?Het was even een gedoe om als klant geaccepteerd te worden maar werd wel goed via email begeleid. De huur van de auto zelf, verliep geheel naar wens.
